Family Discount – 家族割引

If your family members (brothers and sisters) are having their piano lessons at HiroMelody, they could get a $1 discount on their each lesson fee.

Example:
1st person: $33 (30mins)
2nd person: $32 (30mins)

家族、兄弟でレッスン受ける場合、２人目以降1回のレッスン当たり$1の家族割引が適応されます。

例:
１人目：$33（30分）
２人目：$32（30分）

Payment Method – レッスン料のお支払い方法

  • Cash
  • Online bank transfer
  • Check
  • 現金払い
  • オンラインバンキングでの振込
  • 小切手

Payment Frequency – レッスン料のお支払い回数

  • Once Off (for casual lesson only)
  • Term
  • 一回毎(カジュアルレッスンのみ）
  • ターム払い

Lesson Cancellation – レッスンのキャンセル

If your lesson is in morning and cancellation is notified:

  • before 5pm on the day before – No cancellation fee
  • before 7pm on the day before – 50% of lesson fee
  • before your lesson time – 80% of lesson fee
  • during or after your lesson time or, not notified – 100% of lesson fee

    • If your lesson is in afternoon and cancellation is notified:

    • before 7pm on the day before – No cancellation fee
    • before 9am on the day – 50 % of lesson fee
    • before your lesson time – 80 % of lesson fee
    • during or after your lesson time or, not notified – 100% of lesson fee

    レッスンをキャンセルする場合、振替レッスンが行われるか、レッスン料が返却されます。以下のキャンセルについては、キャンセル料が発生します。

    午前中のレッスン

    • 前日午後5時までの連絡、キャンセル料なし
    • 前日午後7時までの連絡、レッスン料の50%
    • 開始時間前までの連絡、レッスン料の80%
    • 開始時間後の連絡、または無断欠席、レッスン料の100%

      • 午後のレッスン

      • 前日午後7時までの連絡、キャンセル料なし
      • 当日午前9時までの連絡、レッスン料の50%
      • 開始時間前までの連絡、レッスン料の80%
      • 開始時間後の連絡、または、無断欠席、レッスン料の100％

      当方の都合によりレッスンをキャンセルする場合は、レッスン料を返却するか、振替レッスンを行います。
